“Staff mask upon request (with FFP2s that they/the company provided), gave me the first appointment of the day, asked anyone entering the shop without a mask on to please stay in a different part of the shop while I was there, when it came time to collect my glasses they masked again and also advised me on a less busy time to arrive. Very kind and considerate overall.”
