Clean Air Measures:
- HEPA filters (or equiv) in all treatment areas
- Windows and/or doors open irrespective of weather
PPE Protocols:
- Staff mask without being asked when dealing with any customer who is masking
Testing Protocols:
- Staff instructed to test if symptomatic
- Staff prepared to test ahead of customer visit if requested
- Staff test weekly irrespective of symptoms
Isolation Protocols:
- Customers asked not to attend if symptomatic
- Staff return to work only when no longer testing positive
Education Policy:
- Covid risks and current symptoms communicated to staff
