- For in person sessions at my office in Wakefield, I have a Rensair Core 560 hospital grade air purifier with UV lamp that I run as standard between every client and which I can leave running throughout our session if you prefer – it runs at about 45db and so there is a noticeable hum but it’s something that people who like it on during the session say they get used to fairly quickly.
- I ask clients not to attend in person if they have cold/flu/covid type symptoms and I move sessions online if I have symptoms.
- I am happy to test ahead of a session upon request even if I am asymptomatic.
I can readily consult with an occupational therapist in a long covid service for any specialist supervision I may need in addition to my usual supervision arrangements. I have experience of working with clients with ME and fibromyalgia although I wouldn’t consider myself as specialising in this.
