Incredible practice, wear FFP2s as standard and have air filters throughout the practice, very open to accommodating customer requests. Made the effort to call back twice and very clearly a caring culture.

I rang Pure Dental to ask about an appointment for my son.
They were quite rude and refused to wear masks. I suggested that they were discriminating against vulnerable people and she said they weren’t as they weren’t obliged to wear masks and staff didn’t like wearing them!
