The practice is helpful about booking a first appointment of the day. I emailed my mitigations requirements in advance (FFP2 masks for dental staff, open windows, air filters on) when I arrived these were in place with no fuss or bother. Olya and Elend were my dental team and they were fantastic, caring of my breathing difficulties and thorough. Exceptional experience.
