“Unfortunately, we are not currently taking on patients, however we have just opened a waiting list with the hope that this changes in the future. Regarding concerns with health – I’m sure our dentists would certainly do everything possible to put them at ease with coming to a dentist appointment.”
Note – obviously not a very specific response, the question asked as always was FFP3, ventilation and air filters, but decided to include as it is a generally positive and welcoming response so seems likely they would try and help. Clearly needs clarifying when booking.

I asked if they are taking actions against air borne infections, and they are really not.
This is their email response;
“We are a busy 7 surgery practice and follow current government infection control guidance which includes universal precautions for all patients. However, we simply cannot offer a cast iron guarantee that a patient with covid has not been in the building the same day.”
