We came here for my daughter before Clean Air air was set up. We had enquired back in 2023. My daughter was undergoing tests for a medical condition and I myself have Lupus. We had a great experience from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. The care and effort given to make sure we all felt safe was brilliant. All staff including reception staff masked in fit tested n95, they made sure we had the first appointment of the day, and they made sure all areas were clear of any other patients before we left. They had air purifiers in the dental office and in various other places around the surgery. They let us bring and plug in our Levoit 600. They opened the window and they agreed to let us know if anyone had been sick ten days onwards before our appointment. They kept in touch over the months before our appointment also. The Dentist was awesome with my child who has sensory issues and she enjoyed her visit.
