“Whilst we do not have opening windows in any of our surgeries, we do have an air extraction and filtration system which provides over 12 air exchanges per hour, which exceeds the industry standard. We do still utilise FFP2 masks as necessary so this would not be an issue. The only thing to note would be that whilst we are happy to make these arrangements, we cannot ask other patients in the waiting area to make such adjustments as well.”
