Thank you for reaching out and explaining the situation. We understand the importance of ensuring a safe environment for clinically vulnerable individuals. We can ensure that the clinician wears an FFP3 mask during the appointment. We do have extractor fans, but unfortunately, not air purifiers. We can offer an appointment on our least busy day, early in the morning. Alternatively, if they feel more comfortable, they can wait in their car, and we can call them when the clinician is ready.
