Incredibly accommodating practice. Have FFP3s they are happy to wear if asked, keep windows open, even have a separate entrance so vulnerable patients don’t have to wait in the general areas plus patients can wait outside and the practice will come and get them for their appointment. Also have “large air scrubber air filters”. Despite not meeting the full requirement for Outstanding being given that rating as this is a very rare level of care.
