No problem accommodating our requests and have air filters. Worth noting I am not sure the person on the phone understood what a FFP2 or 3 respirator was, she said yes every time asked but kept describing surgical masks and face shields, neither of which obviously are effective against an aerosolised pathogen like Covid. Listing the practice because they seem genuinely to want to accommodate patients needs, talked about first appointment etc.
