Spoke with dentist who said no problem switching to FFP3 mask, would need to charge an additional £10 at time of booking to buy one in. They have a NHS clinic for people who have not been to the dentist for over two years where you can get fully assessed and any necessary treatments done, then at the end of the process they see whether they can take you on as a registered patient.
