‘Of course I am happy to answer your questions. Our surgeries are extremely clean, we have air con units that are serviced annually and have fitted air filters, we have a downstairs surgery with a window that can open fully. We have been working during covid so we take precautions in making sure we are still up to date with PPE that we wear, I can add to the patients notes to advise them that they wear FFP2 or FFP3 masks during their visit with us.
