“We don’t usually wear FFP3 masks now, but could offer to get one for this case. We could offer first appointment of the day (8.30am) to avoid waiting room concerns etc. A window open is no problem, unless it is very windy and small things get blown around in the surgery. Ideally the least number of visits the better so if we could understand the treatment needs and consider starting any treatment at the first visit, that would be best. If you want to proceed further please reply with medical history details so we can check we are a suitable place for care. Also any details of treatment needs/ preferences, ongoing symptoms, most recent care at the dentist. Appointments would be more difficult/ slower to organise with the above restrictions.”
