Note not taking new patients but included so people already registered can be aware of the excellent culture at this practice
“To reassure you, all dental practices now have to work to ventilation guidelines and some (we do) will use medical grade purifiers like Medicair units. All practices will have FFP3 masks for when they need to deal with emergency patients who have respiratory virus symptoms. Our advice to minimise risk would be to ask to be seen at the start of a day so the surgery has been left fallow overnight. It may be a good idea to avoid any waiting room, and to arrive as near to the appointment time and wait outside, or wait in a car and arrange for reception to phone when the dentist is ready. To avoid busy reception areas after an appointment then any payments they need to make then they could be ask for them to be made over the phone once back home. Just a few thoughts that sprung to mind.”
