- CO2 monitoring in all communal spaces – additional ventilation if it goes over 650
- HEPA filters in all communal rooms and enclosed spaces such as massage and counselling rooms
- Paid sick leave for staff, plus free LFTs – anyone symptomatic must work from home or take sick leave
- Massage – LFTs by both masseur and recipient on the day plus FFP2s and HEPA filter
- Some staff wear FFP2s routinely, all happy to mask on request

- Staff prepared to test ahead of customer visit if requested
Isolation Protocols:
- Staff receive sick pay if off work as a result of Covid
- Staff return to work only when no longer testing positive
